- Special 2 (stays of at least 2 nights): daily discount of 20 euros in low season (not foreseen in other periods)
- Special 3 (stays of at least 3 nights): daily discount of 30 euros in low and medium season (not foreseen in other periods)
- Special 5 (stays of at least 5 nights): daily discount of 35 euros in all periods
By booking by March 2020 it will be possible to get an extra 10% discount (only in some periods)

The NON-REFUNDABLE rates expect the payment of the entire amount of the stay at the time of booking and do not allow any refund. They guarantee a significan discount on price list:
- Daily discount of € 45 in low and medium season
- Daily discount of € 60 in high and very high season
- Bookable within 30 days from arrival
